So as you can probably see, I no longer have the rank of Administrator for this wonderful community, to provide a quick insight into what happened.
My activity started to fall around the end of the 2016 period (November) this was down to me getting a full time job and other life commitments, i tried various things to improve my activity some of which helped, fast forward to now and I have so much going on in my life that I simply cannot maintain any position within the Perpheads community (unfortunately)
Bolli gave me more than a fair amount of chances to improve on my activity (over 1 year to be exact) today he gave me the option to move down to the rank of Moderator where I could remain part of this community. I felt it would be unfair to hold a position in the staff team when my activity is unlikely to improve anytime soon so I chose to resign from all positions with the perpheads community.
Now I'll tell you a brief introduction about myself as a kind of memento about me lul.
I first joined the perpheads community back in December of 2013, my friends convinced me to try out another roleplaying community, I finally joined the forums in February of the 2014, I made my first Enforcer application in March which was accepted within 3 hours lul, my the end of August I resigned and left to another community with some of my friends, I came back in October of 2015 and knew I wanted to be staff again, I got accepted back into the team and completely changed how I administrated from 2014 this earned me the position of Administrator, I feel like I've been a decent staff member but only you guys can be the judge of that lul.
I'm going to try and tag a few people that have made a difference in my time here, if I miss anyone I am sorry.
@Tanges - Although you don't play here anymore I thank you for all that you did for this community back in the day, you are almost as cool as freddo
@Xquality - The amount of work you have put into this community is appreciated, You will be a miss.
@Fredy - Thank you for the opportunity that you have given me in your community, thank you for not being a shit owner that trys to control everything like 95% of other owners in other communities, you make Germany proud of you! Heil!

@Bolli - Probably one of four influential people in this community that I had the pleasure to meet, I don't think I've ever seen him get angry lul, infact I'm not sure I've seen anyone from Iceland get angry XD - Thank you Bolli for giving me a chance both in 2014 and in 2015 to be part of the staff team, you are a nice man xd
@MrLewis - Birmingham is fucking shit mate, you have been one of the realest people in this community for me, if I ever needed to speak to you about anything I could always turn to you, you're such an amazing member of this community and there is a reason you were chosen to be a Senior Administrator, you party way to much XD
@j man - Although you're pretty much gone from this community, I will never forget everything you taught me back in the day when were were both staff members, you were a pleasure to work with and a great asset to this community. pc plod
@Alex_:D 2 - Although not many people now will know who you are Alex you were a fantastic member of the community back in the day and when you were a Senior Administrator you taught me a lot about the community and how to be a good staff member, thank you for also carrying me on Nuke on CSGO many times XD
