loopholes in the laws

I would like to say once and for all.

i think that its anoying that ppl on the server keeps useing the sentence "show me the law" in RP situations.

FX. you park on a handicaped spot and an officer comes over to give a ticket. Then the perso tells the officer his handicaped but dont wanna show the reguired dokuments because "show the law that tell me that i have to"

i realy think there shouldbe a ruel that just say "its not ok to use loopholes in the law to evade the punishment for things that is obiesly illigal to do"

The whole handicap spot thing is being worked on. Also, 'show me the law' is not in any violation of the server rules, (even though a more realistic saying is preferred such as 'and what right do you have?')
