Massive Ping spikes

Every since I joined back a few days ago, every 10-30 minutes I get this MASSIVE ping spikes, I go from 65 ping to 300-400. During the spike I start teleporting between 2 places and everyone is frozen and I keep seeing the red auto disconnect text in the top right of my game. I honestly have no fucking clue what it could be, although it is my first time playing on the server with a wireless WIFI. If any one has experienced this before and found a fix, I be happy if you could pass on that knowledge.

Only thing that sorted this for me was using Exitlag, which for the most part stopped it from spiking so hard and stopped the red disconnected from server msg. There probably is other solutions, but im not knowledgable enough about networks to really know about them.

wireless WIFI

Thats ur issue, with a wireless connection packet loss is extremely common especially if the router is in another room interference is big
exitlag fixed my issue on ethernet , you can try exitlag since the 2 routes might decrease packetloss but idk about it on wifi.

Definitely run an ethernet cable, powerline adapters are not worth it unless your house is a new build basically, for stability you kinda just have to run an ethernet cable

Open cmd and type 'ping 1.1.1.1 -t'

Have it running in the background and check it when your ping in game spikes, does it also spike?
