WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER:
Introduction
Hello! Most of you know me as Nikola Rodic but my real name is Jamie Gilroy, I'm a regular 16-year old that goes to school. I have been a part of this community for almost 4 years, I joined in late 2014 with some friends, I have been on and off the server a lot and almost a year ago I stopped playing on the server. This is my third enforcer application now and I feel like I'm ready to take on the role as a staff member on PERPheads. It feels like I have gained a lot of respect from a lot of people now when I have matured a bit, before it felt like I was hated and I understand the people who didn't like me, I was a dumb young kid that didn't have good understanding about stuff, look at my ban/warning history. You probably see me quite much on duty as a police officer or know me by my casino I run at times.
My Personality
I see myself as a friendly and laid back person. I like to help people and it is something I try to do as much as possible when I'm on the server, I do my best to help new people to the server so they will keep on playing and give them tips to gain money and rundowns on rules people tend to break. I'm Disciplined and that is something I think is really important to be when being apart of the staff team. Giving out bans or warnings isn't something I will want to do but its needed so we can discipline those who need it. I'm not afraid to confront someone who is breaking rules. When I'm on duty as a cop and I'm investigating something I always try to put myself in the other person shoes and try my best to understand their perspective and try to get appropriate evidence before taking action and I believe that is something you need to be apart of the staff team. I like to give back to people, and to the community so far I have held a giveaway for 3 CSGO knifes (about 180$ if I remember correctly), given away VIP and giving money to people that play on the server and it is something I enjoy doing and to make other people happy and I wish to help the community by being a staff member and have a good impact on the community.
Why I am applying
Firstly, I would like to be apart of the staff team for a lot of reasons. I've written this before in the application but I like helping people in any way I can with whatever problem they have, at the moment I'm trying to be active in the help chat and I feel that is about what I can do at the moment and I would like to help people more in a different way like handling reports, an issue that I see daily in the OOC chat is that people get annoyed about the wait time for staff to respond on their reports, I know that staff members have other stuff to do than handling reports when they are on the server but this is still an issue that can be fixed.
Secondly, I just want to improve peoples experience and try to get more people to join the community and to be fair it isn't looking too good lately with the number of players that are on, and I would like to be apart of the revival. My friends that played on the server before also said that if my enforcer application gets accepted they would start playing on the server again (it's around 7-8 people) tho they hate that I'm applying for it, but I don't let anyone bring me down.
Why should I be picked?
To be a staff member you need to be mature, helpful, hardworking, a leader and be able to work in a team, I believe I got these criteria and I would be able to utilize these when performing any staff duties.
I'm still quite young, I'm only 16 years old and some people that are a bit older might think I'm not mature enough to hold this position or someone might look at my ban/warning history and they might think I'm a little shit, but trust me is not if you remember me from before when I was a little shit I beg you to find me when I'm on the server and talk to me and just by doing that you will see that im mature enough to hold the position as a staff member.
What also is really important is to be professional, I haven't really had any good experiences with practicing this except being a Corporal in the PLPD that's about it but i do believe with everything I got that I will be extremely professional and not being biased or anything, being biased is something I'm not and I hate when people are biased and I believe this is also one of the most important things, being biased can cause damage. Like if someone makes a report or an AR on my friend well firstly I wouldn't want to take the report because it might happen that he will request a different staff member which I would understand will full extent but if I was to handle the situation I would deal whit it like I didn't know my friend. I can provide with other skills such as leadership, I have learned a variety of stuff throughout life that can help me with this, might be a bad example but I'm currently the captain of my rugby team and I have on some occasions coached some younger kids, which sounds harder then it is and it takes a good leader to do so. My listening and communication skills, this is needed as well to be a staff member to be able to listen and communicate with both parties when dealing with a report, for example, this is something I have been practising quite much especially being a police.
I have been here for a long time and I got a great rule/law knowledge and this is probably the most important to enforce the rules, I have been here for a long time and taken a lot of bans and read the rule list quite a lot of times as well which has caused me to know the rulebook almost inside out
It's important to see if something is intentional or an incident when being a staff member because everybody makes mistakes and I got a good understanding of that and its important to listen to people when talking to them if they do something stupid and judge from that if its a mistake or an intentional rule break.
I'm also not scared of asking people about stuff if I am having any trouble with something, so if there is something I'm unsure about I will just ask another staff member for help in example if there would be something I'm not 100% to make a good decision and not do something that is wrong. I think that's really important as well to keep the professional standards of the staff team high.
My activity.
You might not have seen me as much as before on the server, I've had some problems nothing I will go into detail but its solved now so i will be able to be a lot more active and you will see me on the server I promise you.

Please don't judge me because my bad record I understand if you do because it looks horrible but trust me I have bettered a lot, I know I have mentioned this before
but I feel like this is what will bring me down the most. I was young and stupid and a lot has happened to me throughout the years and everyone makes mistakes.
