I would like to suggest a new idea for perpheads and I hope that it's not already a thing so my suggestion is that seat belts can be a thing in perp u can press a button to apply them and if u get caught not wearing a seat belt u would be fined by the cops, the seat belt's mission is to keep the player safe from high speed collisions cause believe me i've seen a lot of bad drivers with fast cars now here is the part where it gets interesting the seat belt will have a 50 50 chance of saving your life in a high speed collision.
