Does it truly matter when it was posted? Honestly, you should consider yourself lucky that it was posted afterwards, as if it was accepted during your ban, it could've just been extended even further.

a 3 day ban is no reason to leave, I've had 4 bans and my reputation isn't THAT bad.

even if you don't understand the rules now, you learn with time. Feel free to contact me about any questions you ever may have about the rules; I'd rather not see someone leave over something like this.
