Normal FPS but small lag spikes

My perpheads runs at like 60-120fps but like every 10-15sec there's a small lag spike that makes my ping go a lil higher but goes back down right after. I dont know if I can call it a lag spike as it's "laggy" it seems more like a 1ms crash . Does anyone have this problem or has any idea how to solve it?

PERP is incredibly CPU intensive and this is a common issue, and if not, was a common issue for the majority of people who played this server.

My game also freezes at certain points, no matter what commands I enter when making my game look like Minecraft, it's annoying during situations and whilst driving.

Guys, It's not from perp the problem , other games that I play it also happens it's giving me a lil "crash/freeze" for like 1ms and comes back but its annoying af , any ideas of what it can be?

Update drivers, defragment your drive and pray to god u dont need raj from tech support to help you
