Remove Quality Street beach hairpin turn

Main Idea: Straighten the Quality St. / Sunset Blvd. hairpin turn.

Full description of the idea: Make the gradient of the road steeper and last for longer (all the way up until the Fredys) and in turn have the road simply connect straight to quality street at a right angle. This would also allow you to pull the park a bit further forward, and add some stairs heading down

Why should it be added?: Because it's a turn that firetrucks can't make, ambulances have to do a three-point turn to advance, and normal vehicles have to slow down to a snail's pace to traverse. It allows for serious accidents, blind spots, and discourages people from going down to the beach in their vehicles. It has no place in a modern, busy city.

Pros:

Cons:
- players spend less money on health insurance due to less accidents here

Ah right, theres an issue with steeper roads however as mini coopers and other cheaper cars physically cannot climb them.

I did a quick frame on the map and it seems to be a bit steeper than Shady St. and less steep than the subs on-ramp.
