Reporting a rule breaker

Lately the standard of reports has dropped substantially, you may not realise this but the one sentence that you fit into your report is quite important to us admins to decide whether we should respond or not. For example if there is a situation where someone has been RDM'd and 3 reports come out of it, we as admins need to find out which reports belong to that situation so simply reporting "admin to meeeee" isn't going to get you anywhere. We need a brief outline of the situation. Here are some examples of good and bad reports.

Report[ Whitney Flores | Jemmie12 ]: Suicide.
Report[ Bernice Page | Jumbledboy ]: Apparently you do not need money
Report[ Damon Patrick | Crackbandit69 ]: Admin to me NOW!
Report[ Isabel Webb | Candice<3 ]: This is bullshit I need you here


Report[ Derek Lloyd | paychekzZz]: Jill Wise just disconnected whilst being transported to prison.
Report[ Noel Lee | I rep BaMa]: There's a guy punchwhoring the mayor outside the PD.
Report[ Percy Goodwin | TOPGUN 203]: This roadcrew is patrolling and refusing to repair my car.
Report[ Jana Smith | GODlikeFOREAL]: I was shot to death in the underpass for no apparent reason.


In conclusion, please follow the points below when making your report:

• Describe the situation
• Be friendly, not hostile
• Be concise
• Be patient!
• Avoid the term 'failRP' - it's a very broad word. Be specific.
