Spoken to Rhys a lot on Teamspeak, he's never come across as a toxic person, a bit nippy at times in the past, but I can't honestly complain about this kind of behaviour as me complaining about that kind of behaviour would be like hearing Hitler complain about casual racism.

And also, if ryhs was gone for " A Year" he still wouldn't have corporal. He can go on an LOA for 3 months max and has maintained an active presence, from looking at ryhs activity reports (I'm his section supervisor) he is active and does try. He has work and works late but that doesn't matter. He is a great guy and knows what he is doing, just because a year ago he made an Ar and it was denied doesn't mean he doesn't know the rules.

Also let me mention, you rated everyone's comment here dumb @Google Chrome ,what is the point in that when that ar is a year old
