Main Idea: I believe the roadcrew should get radio as well. If there are 2 roadcrews on the job it will help them divide cases and they will also be able to speak to one another which makes the job more fun and does provide better results.
Full description of the idea: main idea of this would be to just have simple radios like the police or secret service. They would have their own channel so they are able to speak to one another.
Why should it be added?: I believe this should be added for the simple fact so that you can easily speak to one another without holding the RC number to speak to each other. It makes the job simpler as well as it improves on the RP.
Pros: Being able to speak to one another without holding the phone line.
Will improve on the RP quality.
