Suggestion Title: Rubber Dingy, Scuba Gear for emergency services
Suggestion Description: As we know there are alot of dealings with people entering the water (When it's not frozen) or falling from the city bridge and drowning, for emergency services to retrieve the player it takes time as they have to swim to the casualty. Then the casaulty must be dragged from the water and then revived, this is time sensitive.
Why should this be added?:
- If we had some mode of transportation that would allow us to retrieve players from the water quicker, it would increase the chance of survival as we could get them on the boat, have them revived and taken to the shore. safely, effeciently and quickly.
What negatives could this have?:
- It won't be very effective if the water is frozen however. Boat training on the use of the boat and how it can be inflated or placed at a scene in a realistic manner. Any other negative impacts are welcome!
