Introduction:
This is the first time I'm doing this. So I would really like to give creds to the best roleplayer/Police Supervisor I've meet on Perpheads after my time I've been here.

This guy without any doubts he Is one of the best Police Supervisors/Roleplayer. He Is doing everything right and never gets into problems. The way he is roleplaying is unique since he always keeps himself calm in every situation he gets into. He is the best Supervisor/Roleplayer according to me.

Knowledge of him:
+Positive:

• He Is calm what ever is happening
• He Is always aware of the consequences
• He Is roleplaying a Unique way
• He Is trying to keep himself to a casual life while roleplaying

+/- Neutral:

• He Is not speaking so much
• He do only working inside of the police (As I've seen)

Since I do only think good thing about this guy I don't see any Negative things so I will leave it here. He Is just Unique enough said.

Honestly Samuel Sheppard is a great role player. He always knows what he is talking about, has an extensive knowledge of the rules and laws, and can deal with a situation with ease.
