WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER: I’ve been interested in this role for quite some time now, and I believe I’m finally ready to take on a position within the staff team. One of the main reasons and one of the most cliche reasons I’m applying for this role is because I would like to assist the staff team with rule enforcement and also gain extra abilities to allow me to help people as there are limited things you can do when you’re not a staff member. Furthermore, I conduct myself professionally and I have made attempts at exploring a vast range of different roleplay styles, therefore what I do on the server is quite balanced instead of being orientated to one specific activity.

I have a lot of experience with the rules of the server and have good judgement when it comes to making decisions due to the hours I’ve spent playing PERPHeads since 2015. Moreover, I have attempted to prove this by the reports I have made, further demonstrating my thorough knowledge of the rules. This experience is utilised in a good light also as I utilise the help chat very often and helping people with their inquiries, thus showing my experience is just not orientated around the server rules.

I’ve said that I do enjoy a variety of aspects of roleplay, however one of the main aspects are in the police department. As you probably are already aware, I currently hold the rank of Lieutenant alongside being RTU Command followed by many specialist roles. Although many of you probably think this experience is irrelevant, I believe it demonstrates that I can manage a large group of people alongside making important decisions, which is something that’s useful as a staff member. Besides the fact that it demonstrates skills, having a good law knowledge is also required to be a staff member and now I believe I’ve definitely proven that.

Furthermore, I have a lot to offer to the staff team as besides my long standing experience in the community, I have the required skills and qualities that you would expect an Enforcer to have:

1. I’m a very friendly and approachable person. If someone needs help or has any inquiries, I would have no problems speaking to them and I’m not the type of person to ignore them until I can be bothered replying;
2. I have no issues whatsoever with communicating with people and this would help me as a staff member due to me having to deal with administrative situations and other scenarios;
3. I’m a very determined person and I have a lot of perseverance. This would help me with things such as report count and my overall attitude when it comes to dealing with mass amounts of reports;
4. A final key skill I have is the fact that I can work in a team to high standards, therefore would be able to cope with having other staff members working with me if I were to be accepted and it is definitely a good asset to have.

ARE YOU ACTIVE ON THE TEAMSPEAK: Yes

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY: My previous application was denied as they believe I need to further prove that I can refrain from being toxic and wanted to see me continue with what I was doing, i.e. helping and making reports, etc. I believe I’m done this and I’ve proved that I’m capable of holding this position.

Despite previous objections in older enforcer apps I've made towards mango being staff, I can see that he has actually put effort into improving his attitude and behaviour and I'm more than happy to see him become an enforcer.

I have absolute and complete confidence that Mango would be a perfect fit for enforcer and do the job to the highest of standards.

Mango is somebody who has come a long way, he is a friendly, cool-headed and down to earth person who frequently enjoys experiencing all different aspects of roleplay whether criminal, police or passive RP. I have participated in countless RP situations with him that we have created and his creativity and passion to increase the standards of the server are exceptional.

He has come a long way from where he was, he has self-disciplined himself to remain cool in tense situations and conduct himself in the highest standards possible. I believe him becoming command in the PLPD has definitely contributed to that in creating a more professional attitude which has benefited him in most ways.

I would like to keep this short so simply, Mango has the desired qualities that we look for in a staff member; Ability to not be biased in situations, professionalism, an active community presence and thorough knowledge of the server mechanics, rules, laws, policies and such that are needed for administrative situations. Therefore, I believe he would be a perfect fit for the PerpHeads staff team and a benefit to the server and community as a whole.

I don't really have much to say but Mango in my opinion knows the rules to an extent where he would be able to enforce them. His general conduct on the server is also good. He is a friendly and chill individual and I wouldn't mind seeing him as an Enforcer. +Support

The hugest +Support I'll ever give to anyone is this lad.

This Israeli is top notch quality, works well and gets the job done. The sound quality is not too good, but the manufacturer said they're improving it.
The product will perform outstanding and will joke around with you, though the products modern IA AI integrated module knows not only when to joke around, but knows where to draw the line.
The only downsides to getting the product is that the quality and design is not too good.

Overall I would rate it 4/5.

My Verdict is going to be a Neutral at the moment,

I think you have a great understanding of the rules and law but I think that sometimes you may come across as a too serious of a person, I'm not saying you wouldn't make a good staff member but I think a bit of leniency is a key part of the team. All the situations I have been in with you, you just come across as too serious.
