Suggestion Title: Spawn a random unowned car in RC lot
Suggestion Description: Spawn a random broken unowned car periodically inside the RC lot while there is a roadcrew on duty.
They will be able to fix it and once it is fixed it can be impounded for 200$.
This will go towards job exp.
This will improve the pacing for progressing on the job. It is very slow now and dependent on players who can ignore you and fix the car at npc, or drive backwards with tires popped, or respawn empty fuel car and call friend.
Make it not spawn a limousine.
Why should this be added?:
- It will improve pacing and add an additional thing to do while not on a call.
- Jobs like medic (people always die and must have a medic revive them), firefighter, courier all have mechanics which improve pacing without having a player intervention necessary.
- You can play your favorite job even if population on server is low
What negatives could this have?:
- You could acquire the same result by boosting the current exp gain.
