Suggestion Title: Spin The Wheel!!
Suggestion Description: You might say, THERE IS ALREADY SPING THE WHEEL IN THE CASINO!
No that's not what I mean (technically). I am simply suggesting that a new item would be implemented for more citizen fun. It can be used in bases to make stupid suggestion like "Where should we raid?" and there would be like options like Regals, Slums, Projex, etc.
It can also be used for gambling in bazar shops with money or even guns!
But why implement this? (With detail that I actually care about)
Almost every time I go to a casino and see people rolling their daily, I see them roll once, then roll the second time and leave (And the odds, but we don't need to talk about that). I don't see the excitement anymore, I think it's because it is a solo thing; on the other hand, if we get people to make these spin the wheels I can not imagine it being boring, as it is exciting for the spinner and it can be exciting for the shop owner and it could be terrifying.
How would you craft them? (My suggestion)
-4 Glue
-Metal (Depending on how many tiles the maker wants)
-Paint Bucket (Depending on how many tiles the maker wants)
-Glass shard (Depending on how many tiles the maker wants)
-1 Wooden Nail
-1 Metal Rod
-1 Chunk of Plastic

Why should this be added?:
- More content for citizens. (Especially shop owners)
- Creativity.
What negatives could this have?:
- The only thing I can think of is if it can cause lag of the server (NOT AN EXPERT ON SERVERS)
- Other than that, I don't see another bad reason. Please let's hear your inputs.
