Stuttering

Wallahi everytime i start up my pc, i get stutter bro it freezes for one second and then it goes on again. Shit is annoying. This only happens when my pc just started up bro pls help a brother

sup conyo remix. try the following real quick

open search bar bottom left and open cmd

run cmd as admin

enter msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and see if it gives you any significant errors

Hello, thank you all for helping and supporting me. So yeah I had to fully uninstall AMD Radeon software and install it again completely new. now everything is fine.
