Surrender act no longer drops the weapon

Description of the idea: I think it's fairly abused by anyone, it forces you to drop any offensive weapon (except police of course), you can just run into group of people, order them to put their hands up - If they dont listen, shoot them, if they do, they just disarm themselves for free. Also, sometimes it happens to me that I press C and accidently press this button in public and I just drop my weapon and anyone can pick it up. I believe this should be reworked and only drop visible weapons (On your back) and weapon you hold in your arms.

Why should this be added? (pros): Not so exploitable as it is now.

What negatives could this have? (cons): As every idea, there might be a problem with rulebreakers but without rulebreak, this should do just fine :)

*Other additions: Also people forget Zipties are ingame (Because it'S obviously useless when people do /act surrender, they drop weapons and then you can do /me steals stuff hahahahah). While you have your hands up (/act surrender) anyone can ziptie you without consent.

It can, but if you drop the guns they would have to pick it up again, and have time to pick it up which gives time to notice and shoot them.

@Tomiko Cops can do that yes, but that doesn't make it less of a negative though? It's just as much a negative on cops, but this isn't a suggestion on cops am I right?

If they can keep their pistols, because it's not visible then why not?? As @Tomiko stated cops already do that, and they put hands up too.

@Jack P Yes, but how many times did this happen to you? Also there's thing called "Zipties" many people forget this even exists, because it's useless with /act surrender function.

@Tomiko You also have to consent to Zipties, and if you're minging or if you're a new player that doesn't properly understand rules, might just not consent, I'm not saying this is a bad idea, I'm just stating the obvious negatives. And maybe should be some changes in the suggestion, or how it'll be made for advantages on both sides etc etc.

@Jack P If you're "minging" I mean, Perpheads is not idiotproof, that may happen any time, but why do you bring rule breakers in? How am I suppose to counter rulebreakers? Should there be an idiot test for /act surrender?
