WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A HELPER?:
WHY SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU?: Over the past couple of months I have been working on my behavior and trying to get on with more people in the community, I hope any issues I've had with people in the past can stay in the past. I am highly dedicated to the community, recently I've been spending an awful lot of time on the server way over 100 hours this month, and the majority of this time I've been an officer which gives me an opportunity to help people with various things.
I've previously written a couple of articles for Paralake News, most notably https://paralakenews.com/article/?article=collier-demoted (sorry @Collier), as well as a guide for https://help.perpheads.com/ (https://perpheads.com/threads/guide-to-becoming-and-being-the-mayor.44898/) for which I received recognition in the community spotlight (https://perpheads.com/threads/community-spotlight-4-02-03-2021.45148/) for being "Most Helpful" that month! I created this material with the aim of spreading awareness of topics and hopefully helping people understand perp.
I am often seen on the server as an officer however before this I did put effort into creating passive RP situations for example I would sometimes run a little cafe out the front of City Hall and would sell different bits and bobs. Myself, @You sure -.-' ?, and @Scrabuz recently transformed the way the PLPD accepts prisoners and you can read about that here: https://perpheads.com/threads/duke-ford.44179/post-355385. Overall I enjoy creating these little passive RP situations even during a regular job as it creates interesting interactions with people and hopefully enhances others' experiences. I recently turned a plane crash into a burger van on overpass which was fun.
DO YOU HAVE ANY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE?: The best source of experience in relation to this community would probably be my PD rank, while I've only been back for seven months I've quickly risen to the rank of A/Lieutenant. The reason I state my PD rank is as it has put me in a position where I can help other officers, I've issued a large number of observation reports which are highly detailed and hopefully officers find these helpful so they know what they need to improve on and what they did really well. I'm also an Internal Affairs investigator and have dedicated a lot of my time to completing investigations to a very high standard.
Rather embarrassingly I have over 60 hours on duty this month as an officer which hopefully proves my dedication to the server. During this time I am always available to help people and enjoy patrolling with newer officers to teach them what they need to do. A good example of this is @JeanMacron who I was with for his first few patrols teaching him what to do and guiding him through the few mistakes he made. Jean was able to make it up to Corporal quite quickly and I'm very proud of him for this! I’ve also been patrolling a lot with probationary officers, helping bring them up to standard.
I have continued helping out in OOC and help chat whenever possible.
Previously I've been spoken to by staff for making short reports with little to no detail or reason, I have since ensured every report I've made is of satisfactory quality and I always have video evidence to back it up.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY?: I know I have a pretty poor bans history but I have learned from my mistakes and am trying my best to become a better player. I know for rule breaks helpers can be dealt with by moderators in-game just like normal users so I hope this knowledge will help anyone wary about giving me this rank for this reason. My recommendations:
TLDR: I know most of you might think this is a joke however I am genuinely trying my best to turn myself around and be a more productive player within this community, an opportunity like becoming a helper would really mean a lot to me and I would give it 110% at all times like I currently am with the PD. I have had no Warnings or bans in the last 6 months! I have now gotten myself to a stage where I feel like I'm ready in myself to have higher responsibilities and am always conscious of my actions and how they might affect others. I feel like there was way more I could've included with my application however it was already looking a bit long. I completely understand why there might be reservations about me holding this rank but hopefully, these can be resolved!

- Your time played on the server must be at least one week (press Q in-game to check this)
- No warnings within the last month or bans within the last month, this includes both the forums and the server.
- You must have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the server rules and laws to the extent where you can Enforce them.
- You must maintain an active presence on the TeamSpeak Server
