You don't seem like an awful guy imo, but I haven't seen you act professionally in any way which seems to be ur biggest problem. Your understanding of the rules can also be very debateable. But I'm going to say that I'm neutral on this one.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER:
I joined this community in December 2015 with Little egg/Taylor, we both joined Mayweather Security and from there, I started playing Perpheads properly. I quickly racked up 1k+ playtime on GMOD, and now my playtime on the server is 1 month, 10 days, 14 hours. A majority of this was spent in a state where I wasn't liked and looking back, I see why, not only was my voice a bit iffy, my whole personality was. I was a very immature 13 year old who just tried to annoy people, this was not a good state of mind. I took roughly a year break but still kept in contact with Taylor and members of the community @Duffy(@Thomas Fredrick ). The fact I have only been back for a year may alarm some but since I regularly kept myself updated via forums and communication with members, I would say I am still at the peak of my knowledge of laws and rules.

Now that I am back, I am quickly racking up more hours on the server and everyday I have been available, I've been on. Each day I play for roughly 5+ hours and experience all elements of the community ranging from PLPD to drugs. I haven't had a ban in over a year which partly ties into the inactivity however I have not experienced any problems with rules during my playtime since I came back.

As aforementioned by myself, I spend 5+ hours on the server everyday and due to this I experience a lot of RP moments and try to utilise them. Rather than powergrow all day I take a pro-active approach to socialise and speak to different members of the community whether I am a cop or with my org. I would say I have a 50/50 balance of cop/criminal dependant on how active my friends are and if I ever get bored of one or the other.

I 100% believe I would be a good enforcer due to many reasons. The first being my activity, since I stack upwards of 5 hours everytime I play I doubt there will ever be a moment a player can't be helped due to lack of staff members whether its down to time zones or just availability due to IRL issues. I like helping new players and I may not be able to assist them financially because I don't have millions, I am always willing to give advice or help people if they are stuck. This doesn't always apply to OOC either I do try and help people IC if I see them struggling whether it's a new player who doesn't fully understand the server or an older player who just needs directions. I may lack the experience of being staff on a Serious RP server such as this one but that is purely because this is the only one I play and that's just because I love the game mode and the server.

Furthermore, I have played a role in the PD even though I may not be in command, I always try to offer suggestions and often sit in TS with certain division commanders to discuss the PLPD and where its problems lie.
My activity was a problem before but now I have been back for around 2-3 months I believe have proved myself to be a different character and have shown I will be active.
To answer the question; I would like to be an enforcer because I think the server will benefit from having more staff members and I personally would like to contribute to faster response times whether it's reports or just IG queries.

I want to be enforcer to help, the report times can be slow and frustrating and I want to aid with that. In the event I am accepted, I am going to pro-actively attempt to make the server more enjoyable for everyone whether that be reports or just those little moments IG where you need help (searches, getting stuck, props lost etc). Obviously I can say whatever I want but I want to be one of the few that sticks to my word and actually get shit done.

Alot of this seems IC, the hostage sit wasn't really faked, he pulled a grenade and said I had to drive him. When @Kenty dealt with it he spoke to Patch about the incident and not me because I was not at fault.
I didn't make the report mate, it was all down to @Patch, I only stuck around because he had to go and he wanted me to continue his report for him. I hope this one negative experience hasn't fully changed your opinion of me as we used to get along quite well IMO.

Hello Teemo,

I’ve recognised your presence in OOC and Help chat and I see you’ve really helped people in the chat when needed. Your behaviour OOC is good and Professional, you’ve demonstrated this during a sit I conducted.

This application does have a bit of work put in and I respect that. I question your conduct if you were to become enforcer a tiny bit due to prior situations I’ve had with you and your Behavior from a week or so ago. But as of now, everything seems in check to me but I’ll be neutral on this.
