I was really really doubtful about Tom's ability to be an enforcer given that he's a grade A social dung beetle and before now has seemingly had no concept of appropriate behaviour, both online and offline.
Despite this, I'm pleased to say that Tom has excelled recently as an enforcer and I really hope his mentor period ends soon (@Medulla ) so that he can get stuck in as a moderator.
