R.E. was my favorite class tbh, I was in a catholic school but we just sat there and nobody fucking did anything but listen to music on their phones or texted. One time I asked my teacher if we could learn about Judaism and she just looked at me funny, before going back to her computer.

Just learn your + - X and Divisions as well as fractions and percentages. Literally everything else doesn't matter, especially Algebra.

Considering Pilots need to have a good grasp on vectors, bearings, trigonometry and Speed/Distance/Time I would say Algebra very much matters...

Still in high school. I go to a technical high school, which basically means I study the basics but also get to pick what “shop” I’m in. This can be anything from automotive to carpentry to AET to marketing, career shit. We do 6 day rotations, 6 days in my academic side (math, science, English, and social studies), then I have 6 days in my tech shop, which I chose as Emergency Services. I’m taught about police, firefighting, and medical services. After school/college, I plan to enroll for the State Police Academy (not telling the entire forums my state). If all goes well, I’ll be a state trooper, and I plan to be a K-9 Officer.

Minimum wage is the "minimum wage" you can earn, i.e the absolute minimal you have to get paid. Most people earn the min wage or above it, doesn't mean it's fake.

More than 50% people in here: I go to school, so i after school can go to more school to be able to school some more.

Go out and work you normies. You will end up as a cashier anyways.

Ontopic and jokes aside: I work with fiber and network. A normal day is usually pulling a lot of cables and sweating like a pig.
