i mean my AR wasnt to get him banned it was so he learnt that it wasnt a realistic advert and is technically 3.4 as the police would be able to call the place that ran the advert and attempt to arrest him

20 players on at peak time yesterday, why would you want to get someone pottentially banned and lose 5% of the playerbase. This is the reason why perp is dying.

and replying to what you said on that ar against @THECRX is pathetic too, everyone knows you can't "deny a search" on perp because there are no rights or amendments etc., so the charges are:
possession with intent to produce
failure to report a crime
6.6 persons in need
which add up to well over 7 years, therefore that argument is pathetic and the gunpoint could've been executed better on both sides, but it's your fault for moving too far behind cover.
your movements were erratic and difficult to predict, but since he baited you over to the wall and you were evidently going to go to the wall to cuff him, it's entirely reasonable to run to the other wall and pull his gun out, he executed it very well but it was made less so by your erratic movements and failure to follow common sense.

You could have PM'd a staff member to message him telling him that what he did wasn't really realistic rather than trying to "backseat moderate" everything.
I agree with Sorle; you posted an AR which everyone can agree was petty and unneeded. it's not like he gunned down the entire bazaar.
A bit more on-topic: making ARs on everyone for the tiniest things isn't really a new trend as far as I can remember. these types of ARs do not reflect well on the community, and I think that the AR section should be made private. What do you think a newbie would think when he sees all these ARs for the littlest things? perhaps he may choose to be more cautious as he visits on the server - perhaps too overly cautious which may lead to further complications or troubles brought on by frustrated players thinking his attitude is "stalling".
Personally, this is an issue that should be addressed at the next staff meeting.

As I was, in the scale of the server, quite recently a newbie, browsing the AR section led me onto the false belief that making ARs for the smallest offences was "necessary" to "keep the server clean", leading me to going as far as reporting sweaters for running the red light at intersection. I now decide to only report rulebreaking which excessively affects either me or my mates, as there's no point in reporting anything else.
Petty ARs like those posted by Attacker should just be denied, and probably will be by anyone with a level of common sense or rational and reasonable thinking.

i posted the AR as i had prior tried to explain the issue and he refused to listen maybe know all the facts mate
