Make the dispatcher only talk to the units he actually wants to talk to. Today i played when there was a dispatcher on and i was unable to play normally because i could simply not hear the person that was trying to talk to me right in front of me. The H button does not mute the dispatcher so it totally destroyed my roleplay as he wouldn't shut up and constantly talk.
