3.10 Punishments
Law enforcement officers have the power to punish government employees and members of the public, however they must follow the provided punishment below each law, punishments listed are maximum penalties. Permission must be gained by a Lieutenant or higher if an LEO wants to go above the provided maximum punishment. The use of Capital Punishment is not permitted

Why should this change/addition be made: Because it is so random and retarded how they can change charges, this makes no sense I just recently had a 9.2 punishment become 10 years only because it was peter wolf, wanna know why? so they can get ACOD!!!

What is the aim of this change/addition: To stop salty supervisors going above the law to punish us?? No point of this it makes no sense

Additional Information: Every power hungry cop main is going to dislike this

Spoke to @Momo about it before. Weird that the "only in extreme circumstances" was removed. From code of ethics they have to have a justifiable reason to give you more though but was probs better in black and white.

I don't remember exactly what we changed, however, the goal was to remove confusion as the policy was a bit vague in my opinion. After this, we did indeed have a few Lt+ who simple started to hand out higher punishment which is when we added the "where justifiable" part
