Description of the idea: a 3rd upgrade for tuner/lower tier cars that gives them a larger proformance increase at a high cost
Why should this be added? (pros): makes certain cars such as the
toyota supra
nissan silvia
etcra
not very slow
Also to make this Balanced the ''special upgrade'' would be non removeable
this would be a option when you have ALREADY upgraded your car twice
What negatives could this have? (cons): none that i could think of as the upgrades would be 500 to 700k plus

and once you select it he says
'' just so you know i cant undo something as special as this''
