Suggestion Title: Ability to lock planters inside of certain vehicles
Suggestion Description: Similar to how courier package placement works, there should be a feature to place planters and have them lock in place so they don't fall out as the physics for them are weird because they are always kept upright. Also for example, how can a planter fall out of a transit when the door is shut?

List of potential compatible vehicles:
Chevrolet C10 (https://paralakecars.club/cars/view/156)
Dodge RAM SRT10 (https://paralakecars.club/cars/view/79)
Ford F100 (https://paralakecars.club/cars/view/111)
Ford F350 (https://paralakecars.club/cars/view/164)
Ford Raptor SVT (https://paralakecars.club/cars/view/146)
GMC Vandura (https://paralakecars.club/cars/view/150)
Ford Transit (https://paralakecars.club/cars/view/98)

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Stops planters from falling out when they realistically shouldn't of
- Makes transporting drugs less of a painful task that sometimes isn't worth doing

What negatives could this have?:
- It may not be realistic for a vehicle that goes a decent amount of speed to actually keep those drugs locked in (can be counteracted by unlocking their position if you hit a certain speed)

When you are driving a car with a planter in the back, it is realistic that the planter remains in place due to the balance between the friction and the driving force on the car considering the planter's speed with respect to the vehicle is zero. So as long as you're not swerving the vehicle left & right at 70 MPH (which would cause you to roll over IRL) the planter will stand still. Did you think an apple would fly outside the back window of your vehicle whilst driving if you put it on your dashboard? Basic physics kid...
