Suggestion Description: give the Volvo 242 Turbo the ability to have more than 2 engine upgrades that is more expensive than the usual which allows it to compete with higher end cars

Why should this be added?:
- it's cool, and I think the volvo is worthy of this perk

What negatives could this have?:
- none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: the fact that you can't really have sleepers

This overall is a pretty bad suggestion as if the volvo (a bad car) should have more than 2 upgrades to compete with good cars, by this logic all "bad" cars should have more than 2 and who will differenciate between a good and bad car. Also just because a car is cool doesn't mean it should be as fast as supercars.

Suggestion Description: currently you can only upgrade a car twice, and they go stupid speeds if its a low tier car, however I for one love the mitsubishi evo which in real life is an INSANE car, so what can we do?

Make it so you can upgrade any low teir car twice then add another 2 more tuning options for $1million this way its if you actually enjoy the car and want to use it as a GOOD car, however i think this should be available to mid tier cars and just give them a realistic speed with these extra upgrades, for example after...

Suggestion Title: Additional Car Upgrades/Car Classes
Suggestion Description: Currently there are a lot of cheap, great looking cars, but the only problem is that most of them are pretty slow even when they are double upgraded. I think adding more upgrades to these cars, increasing their max speed would be a great way to have diversity with cars on the server. Rather than everyone driving supercars, you would be able to have a 300K (Stock price) car that you have upgraded 5 times that now goes around 80-90MPH. Suggestion Title: Low-end Vehicle Improvements
Suggestion Description: Increasing the stock top speed and upgrade speed of lower-end cars
(Cars like the Volvo 242, Volkswagen Camper, etc)

Why should this be added?:
- Players have more incentive to choose a wider array of cars
- Less cars would get stuck on on-ramps (had this happen to me several times in different cars and it is extremely frustrating)
