First of all let me apologies for the audio in the video, its stupid and you cant hear him for some reason, anyways. I went to regals to find Travis Rodriguez, when I was walking up the stairs and he was in my way, I asked him if he could move he told me to fuck off so I repeated this message back to him, he then told me I'm ugly and started insulting me based on my appearance, I then followed him down the stairs asking why he is insulting me he says sorry I don't understand shit and I told him to fuck off, however he said it first, He then proceeds to threaten to beat me with a baseball bat, at this point I reacted and followed him to the fountain and had him under gunpoint asked him to get on the ground, I wasn't going to mug or kill him, I was only going to warn him that if he carried on I would kill him as I didn't know he had a shotgun which he decided to pull out under gunpoint and kill me.
