A better officer list for the Lieutenant.

Explanation:
This is something which can help the Lieutenant control his officers.

Things that could be added to the Lieutenant Officer List

• Location of an officer
• If the officer owns a car or not
• The rank of the officer. (Normal, Speed Enforcer...)
• The time of someone being an officer
• The patrol area (related to other post)
• See who the officer might be patrolling with

I think this could make managing Officers allot easier, since they know more about the officers.

I guess some of the ideas could be useful like the 'If the officer owns a car or not' one, So the LT can see what people have cars so sorting partners out could be a bit easier.

I don't really see why you would need to see the location of an officer for this, You can just ask in the radio what their location is and wait for a response, and I'm pretty sure you can see the ranks of the officer. (Could be wrong)
