WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER:
Introduction:
Hello, for those of you who are not yet aware of me, my name is Dylan Price. I am 16 years of age and currently in year 11 of comprehensive school. I joined the perpheads community early 2015 and have played the game mode ever since.
Why I want to become an enforcer:
Since being a member of the community I had the ambition to become a staff member and when I was accepted into the command team on march 1st 2017 I felt that I have achieved what I had wanted. Despite my membership in the staff team being short lived due to me resigning for issues relating to the inability to execute my role effectively at that time, I feel that I demonstrated great ability in my role and the ability to effectively enforce the servers rules as a server enforcer and later a server moderator. I feel that I could now come back to the role and effectively and actively fulfil my role as a staff member for the community.
Community Involvement:
Within the community I currently serve as a captain for the Paralake Police Department, in the Head of Academy position. In my role I oversee the Academy division insuring that the recruitment of Police officers within the community are kept to high standards and the academy team is being kept full with Police Training Assistants/Officers. Previously I also served in the Perpheads staff team as a moderator, but as previously mentioned I resigned due to other commitments. I’ve volunteered a lot of time into the community including the development of the Paralake Police Department Halloween event and public community events within Perpheads.
