WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER:

Introduction

For those that may not know me, my name is Dylan, I’m 15 years old and currently doing GCSE ICT in year 10. I extremely enjoy playing video games, and generally anything that involves the use of a computer. I joined the community early 2015 and I have been playing the community ever since (with a few ups and downs).

Why I want to become enforcer:

Since I joined the community I’ve had the ambition to join the staff team in executing their roles as staff members for the community. I’ve dedicated a lot of time into the perpheads community, and now I want to take it a step further and become a member of the staff team. I believe as an enforcer I could help the community out more then what I could as a regular user, I would be able to enforcer the rules of the community efficiently and prevent others from ruining another's role-play and that is one reason I wanted to become an enforcer for perpheads.

Involvement

I’m currently serving in the Paralake Police Department, as a Police Lieutenant, not only am I a Police Lieutenant, but I’m also a Command Member for the academy. As a Command member my role is to help the captain of academy run the division, this means I need to regularly work with a team in the development of applications and how the academy works. This also helps with working with the staff team.

Forum-activity:

Within the forums I always attempt to keep active and do all I can on there to the best of my ability. I consistently attempt to keep as active in the forum shoutbox, and any posts that potentially need my attention.

Team-Speak-activity:

I’m on the Team-Speak as much as possible to speak with members of the community or answer any questions that community members may have towards either the general community or regarding academy issues.

Server-activity:

I always attempt to join the communities server as often as I can, which not to long ago used to be most days, but now having a dog has decreased some of that time. When I’m connected to the server I attempt to help out in the help chat as much as I possibly can to insure that I’m helping any person that has a question towards the community.

Plpd.online activity:

Plpd.online is not used regularly by newer members of the community, although that is being increased. I always try to answer help ticket questions to the best of my ability as much as I can.

Administration Situations:

Whenever I’m involved in a situation on the server were there is an infringement of the communities rules I contact an administrator using the servers “F6” function, and continue to role-play if it's possible to do so. When an administrator arrives I clearly explain the situation so that the staff member involved can understand the situation. When the player that allegedly committed the rule infringement is explaining his side of the situation I sit tight and allow him to do so out of respect for him and the staff member involved.

FINALLY!!!

I'm so glad you finally decided to re-apply, honestly, I can't say a bad word about Dylan, he is such a nice humble lad and really deserves to be on the staff team! He dedicated himself towards the Role Play side of the server, never fails to amaze me with his fast and constant activity in the Help and OOC chat, I pretty much see him on Team Speak whenever I'm on and I log on everyday... He is very active in the server, whether this be as Police Officer or as a normal civilian, very helpful and caring for new and old users.

I remember when me. him and @SpaceShots attempted to set up an org, lol it didn't work but Dylan was so dedicated and committed into getting it to work and even after he admitted defeat he still wanted to set up another one, this shows me how much of a hard working lad he really is, his attitude and work ethic at the moment are at an all time high for himself. I fully +Supportx100000000 this application and definitely believe it should be accepted!
