The fact that you're making it an arguement is the most embarrassing thing... The demotion wasn't only a wake-up call but so was my post. Because it seems like you're triggered by the way i said it means you probably aren't fit for any role as staff. Maybe a good way to start is by noticing your actions and actually stop trying to repel the words given to you because it's not professional and its giving me second thoughts about you actually having a rank.

TL;DR Stay humble learn from your mistakes, take these words given to you and turn it into something good by proving us the demotion wasn't necessary.

You weren't in the discussion when I was demoted, nor do you know exactly why I was demoted, I am the only one outside of the people who were involved in my demotion to moderator who know why I was demoted, @Bolli can even vouch for me that this is a wakeup call, if he isn't i'm gonna do this for you and make it easy =)
