New PC on 800€ budget. Advice needed!

Hello, i've been looking to purchase a PC for about a month now. As my PC is running out of space, can barely run perp without stuttering and on consistent 10-20 FPS, and the games that i have listed down below are way out of the question, i need a new rig. After a long time searching, i've landed on what i think is a good deal. But i need your help and second opinion on whether the specs and parts are worth it altogether and if they are good for the price. They are as follows:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600X 6 Core 12 Threads 32MB 4.6 GHz Boost
COOLER: Thermalright Assassin X 120 R SE ARGB
MB: MSI B550 GAMING GEN3 ATX AM4
RAM: Patriot Memory Viper Elite II DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3600MHz
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 S 700W 80-Plus Quiet 120 Fan EU Certified
SDD: 1TB Crucial P3 Plus SSD M.2 NVMe 5000R/3600W MB/s
CASE: Thermaltake S200 TG
GPU: XFX SPEEDSTER SWFT 309 AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB (Refurbished)
Price: 785€

All items have a 36 month warranty, except the GPU which is 12 months.
My budget is ~800€, so i cannot go any more higher than this unless absolutely (and absolutely) necessary.
The games i will be mainly playing are Perpheads, GTA 5, Fortnite, CS2, and i will buy RDR2 and CP2077 not long after getting a new PC. All on 1440p. Considering prices in my country i feel like this may be my best bet at a machine that would carry me for some years in my listed games.
