Oh and when I was 13 I had a knife to my throat on an estate with shops built in but the lad ended up being my class mate mistaking me for some other guy

@Alyt Would a voluntary interview show up on any records? or that they took my phone? Like I mentioned I was never 'arrested' and I voluntarily gave up my phone and password etc (other than a lot of nudes there was nothing really on it).

I've never had a DBS so have no idea what would show up, and my chosen career path requires developed vetting, so would it show on there?

They had a record of me because they bought up a completely unrelated but serious incident I reported in 2016 that ended in a NFA

@Duffy yes there will be a record of it, you will show up as either “Suspect; Eliminated” or “Suspect; No further action”. The record is only kept locally within your force, it is only shared nationally if you were convicted. I believe it can only be found on an enhanced DBS check but probably won’t be disclosed. The reason they had that address is you would have given it to police at some point in your life, if you ever called police or been involved in something in any way it is linked to your record, they will be less likely to turn up at that address in future as it will be marked as an old address but will never be deleted

@Duffy you may have had a record before that as it’s not just criminals, it’s mostly details of witnesses and victims too. When I say record I mean you are a person on police systems, criminal record refers to having a conviction. If that makes sense

@Alyt Suspect: Eliminated sounds like I've just been assassinated by some CIA agent. So a enhanced DBS would show that I attended the interview but wouldn't say why/reason behind it?

Tbh the police mentioned something about getting some of my information from my University. The solicitor said they often search the person on facebook, and if they have a picture of the person (which they did, I presume from the snapchat group) they check their info. My facebook says which uni I go to.

I complained to my Uni that they provided the police with the wrong address and they were like "wE cAnT dIsCusS tHis wItH pEopLe wHo dOnt LiVe aT tHaT AdDrEss"

@Alyt it does yeah. I don't have any criminal record, I've never been arrested, fined or anything like that but I have reported things so that actually makes sense.

@Duffy Sorry I really don’t know anything about enhanced DBS checks, when I say suspect; eliminated I am referring to what you are known as on police systems. On your overview tab it will show as something like “Suspect; Eliminated - Date - Malicious Communications - Address” but they can expand it and see everything like that you were voluntary interviewed etc

Solicitor is chatting shit we don’t search Facebook for something that low level. They would have simply clicked your name and seen what addresses you’re linked to. I guess checking with the uni makes sense but depends on the circumstances

if they didn’t check your Facebook, all your associates are shown on your record and if any of them are linked to that university then they could have found out that way. Of course they could have found out through other means but that’s just a theory

@Alyt He was a shit solicitor. I could barely understand him, he thought I used to 'buy porn' on onlyfans, not 'make it', and could barely explain anything. Absolute knuckle dragger.

I know they checked perpheads that's for certain. They said they will only be checking my social media (as snapchat and facebook were the ones used for these death threats), and during the interview I explained the social media I used. I called perpheads a gaming website for a 'cops and robbers' game I used to play.

They also asked why my password got changed like 2 days after they took my phone. Thanks to Tiny shitting himself and locking me out my account, making me look guilty as anything.

I remember asking @Creepis who was staff at the time to make sure nobody was being extra aids in shoutbox at the time. I.e talking about nonces, terrorists, racism etc lol

Only time I've been scared was when I got an erection for the first time. Was quite certain that it was going to hit me in the head.

Also got quite rustled when @TinySlayer forumbanned me for posting a butthole in the shoutbox.

A land down under
Me and @Moon The Goon got high asf, was driving through my city and police cars kept appearing on every road we were going down. One tailed us for like 5 minutes, I had 2cb (Class A) on me and they turned on sirens and lights so we yielded and my heart sank fully thought we were gonna get done until it just drove straight past us.
