Just a quick thought.
When a user who owns a limited holiday Doll, or another rare item receives a permanent ban, that item is lost forever (or at least for the foreseeable future) whilst owners who are not banned always possibly could sell their holiday dolls to other players. Banned players, however, cannot do this, and by being banned, that’s 1 rare item taken out of potential circulation.
On the other hand, theres little point in having a “spawned in” holiday doll thats got 2015-2017 in the name but was actually spawned in in 2020+, also, in the event of that player being unbanned, their holiday doll would effectively Be sellable again.
