Go to a real doctor rather than asking a gaming community.
In all honesty, you may just be struggling with sleep insomnia plenty of people have it, just try to get off your PC and electronics in general an hour before you goto bed, read a book or something generally I think you will see an improvement. If you fail to see improvements I suggest taking it up with your primary care physician where they will be able to provide a more precise diagnostic, and provide treatment for said diagnostic.
