WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER?:
This would be the same reason as helper but also because I believe I could be of more service to this server and it’s community as an enforcer. I do enjoy helping out new people a lot, and I find myself doing it a lot, let it be showing around new people, replying to their questions in help chat, giving them help and advice on steam or getting them involved in RP. And with stepping up to Enforcer I believe I can help out even more by enforcing the rules.
I am applying now because I believe that I have shown my ability to be mature and my ability to meet the activity requirements as a helper. And because I believe I have learned a lot during my relatively short time as a helper (thanks to the kind staff that was willing to let me observe sits). the things I learned which stand out the most will be listed below.
WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT WHILST BEING A HELPER?
As a helper I have been to multiple sits in order for me to learn that every situation is unique in it’s own way, as many of the sits I have been to were about rule 3.4 but all in a different setting with different people and different actions, this taught me that when you apply for staff you need to be able to listen carefully and fully understand a situation to find where a rule was exactly broken and which rule you should apply to said rule breakage.
I have also learned that in a sit the plaintiff will (most of the times) try and get a disciplinary action taken and the defendant will always try to prevent this, this can cause very heated situations thus a sit can go from 0 to 100 in a matter of seconds, I learned that it is imperative as a staff member that you need to remain your cool and that you should never go along with the emotions presented in the sit. This is all in order for you to make a fair decision and be a respectable staff member overall.
I also got a more thorough understanding about the difference of when I as a staff member should get involved in a situation concerning the PLPD and when I should redirect it to Internal Affairs, this used to be a big grey area for me personally but after speaking with some staff members about it I do now have a more clear understanding between the two and I believe this will help me a lot as a staff member.
By speaking to other people in the staff team I also realized that you need to know when to act upon someone breaking a rule and when to let it slip because they are not affecting anyone. I honestly thought I had a very clear understanding of this before but speaking to the staff team really helped me in the sense of drawing the line somewhere.

- You must have been a Helper for at least 1 week from your application being accepted.
- You must have maintained a recent active presence on the server, forums & Teamspeak.
- You must have engaged with multiple administrative situations in your time as a Helper
