Im just gonna keep this short but i just wanna say somthing about the staff im not being a dick but i have recently noticed when a more "popular" player post's a Dispute or a Appeal ect. It seems like staff would go to them within 10-20 mins. But when its a less "popular" player it can take days and days i dont see why this is i think there should be a change. but i have to say i do like the perpheads staff they are some of the best i guess???? let me know what you think about the staff and their favouritism. Thank you.(this isnt aimed at anyone just in general.)

Considering there's a large number of fairly well known community members currently bathing in salt as their disputes have still not been looked at I'd say this point is moot.

Normally it's due to poor evidence provided.

When people provide the full evidence, they get dealt with fairly quickly.

i agree i made a report when i died right and basically i died because i ran into the road and got run over yet i made a report saying i died from a glitch and didnt get revived WTF!!!!!!

This is TRUE.

Experienced / popular players typically know the process and therefore are more likely to provide concise and relevant evidence so that their dispute can be processed in a timely manner.

However, newer players may not be familiar with this process will not provide such quality evidence, and therefore further prompting will be required.

Popular player → has probably played a lot → has played a lot, has bought VIP many times → has bought VIP many times, server owner gets money → deserves favouritism

But in my opinion staffs are not favouring players that much. Make a report against Husky for an example and you'll get a staff member to deal with that fast

Assuming you refer to 'apology' - why would you assume you are entitled to any guaranteed response time after you've failed to adhere to server rules?
