WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER:
I believe I'm a very dedicated member of the community who can impact greatly upon the community by joining the staff team, as I've got quite a lot of experience on the server and have developed myself as a prominent member among many players. Progressively through my time on the server I've tried to become a more tolerant player, and a type of guide to those who are more new to the game mode.
In game I try to maintain a positive background and remain passive through most situations in which I get in, this has become possible with the support of the community which has allowed me to press my ideas for other players to enjoy, ultimately this change in character has further developed my personality in game, allowing me to handle situations in which a rule may have been broken by either having a calm chat through the team speak server or simply by using LOOC after an incident is done.
I believe one of the key aspects of being an enforcer is clearly understanding when some deliberately breaks a rule and when someone accidentally breaks one as this an important factor which must be considered by each and every member of the staff team before coming to a decision on dishing out punishment to players. With my constant relationship with the community I believe handling situations like this would be both challenging and at some times hard, but I'm willing to learn the ropes and I'm confident in my own ability to do so.
My experience as an officer of the PLPD has also helped me develop key skills such as taking in information, looking upon evidence and making a final decision, additionally by taking a professional look at how I deal with situations, I've learned with this community that there's a lot of diversity within the members, we all are different ages, come from different backgrounds and have various personalities and one skill that one must develop is the ability to listen to reason and act upon what they believe is right, which is one quality I'm certain I have.
Like anyone else I've made mistakes in the past, some really silly and some a little bit more serious and I've learned from this dearly, one thing in which I attempt to do all the time is self reflection and self improvement, as these are factors in which make great people, as an enforcer I'd like to be given a chance to show what I'm capable of, and show the community that I'm able to improve a lot more when given a chance to become something better.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY: Like my previous posts on the forums, I'm very open to criticism. All I ask is provision of valid information before attempting to make a point, as it'll make it more valid in my eyes. Wish me luck lads.
