Honestly Frank, you really have improved a lot as a member of the community. You are a lot more serious when it comes to role playing, and you improving your rule knowledge. The only thing I see that may be a problem is that I do not feel you would be able to control and stay calm in a situation. People may start talking over you, and you may start talking over people. Due to this reason, I'm not going to be supporting you application.

Honestly Frank, at this point it's a no as of now you do not impress me with your rule knowledge, for example you had a warning about 6 days ago and this is the reason;

it basically proves to us you're not really fit for the job as you ain't really following the rules to the best we can see, now if we look into the other applicant Death Howl he's not had a warning as far as I know for a long time.
