Are roundabouts completely pointless?

Do you think roundabouts add anything positive or do they just cause more crashes because people cut corners when going left because its faster?

Personally I dislike the addition and think its just another type of pseudo-chicane. I think players should be allowed to drive as fast as they want without obstructions.

For the Business roundabout, I always said to myself that what's opened to you by going left from the junction is more than likely to be far superior on an average player to player basis than what's available to you by going right, and as a result, the natural path of traffic should've been prioritized and made to go left. Beyond that I don't care about the roundabout since I always go left regardless unless I'm on PD (also circles can be kinda cool and it looks pretty ig?). I also have no issue with the suburbs roundabout since it doesn't feel as bad as the business one and looks great imo. You do bring up a great point though that the business roundabout could've just been a simple intersection lol.

I like them because I can arrest people for driving oncoming on them. I say keep them.

In all seriousness I personally don’t have an issue with them and so far a majority of the community seems to follow them well and it doesn’t really affect people that much.
