Why do you want to be an Enforcer?:
I know what you're going to say... "oh he's making another", "the cycle of AyJay", "Here we go again" and a few other things from @Chrissy. However, I am back and I am serious; my passion for the staff team is stronger than ever and my activity is extremely stable. I've improved a hell of a lot within my conduct on the forums and in-game and hopefuly the community has noticed that. This really is the last time for me, and I really do hope that I get it, I've made numerous Enforcer applications and recieved the same criticism so I've taken a long time to improve what I needed to and come back in attempt to re-join the staff team. I first applied for Enforcer on May 24th 2014, my application got accepted a few hours after applying and I was accepted by Alex, who at that time was Senior Administrator. I was an Enforcer for a few days and then was given my Moderator position by Bolli. Whilst Moderator I had an extremely high report count, and was three times any other staff members report count at that time. I was known to respond to reports in a few seconds, and deal with them with my funny, entertaining yet serious attitude with people. Whilst apart of the staff team I developed my own style of Administration; I had a laugh with people whilst listening to both sides of a situation and dealing with each person individually and always assured that both sides were okay with the decisions that I made. I also always tried to make people laugh in situations, and bring light to peoples OOC experience aswell as their roleplaying experience. I gained my Administrator role after been promoted by Swiper, who thought that due to my report count and great Administration he decided that moving me to a higher role was a good idea.
For the past few months It's really dawned on me that I've missed being apart of the staff team, all the problems which I faced within the staff team seem to have gone now that roles have changed and the staff team is a lot more serious and structured. I did a few stupid things at the end of my role as Administrator, nothing ground-breaking however they were completley not in my nature or character at that time. I've recentley developed a 'no fucks given' attitude and I completley understand if some people may doubt me being apart of the team again.
Over the past few weeks, I've been trying to improve my general conduct on the forums and in-game. I've apologised to several people for insulting them at any given point and tried to make friends with anyone who seemed to not like me, I feel I've improved quite a lot, my activity is completley stable, even when I go back to college in 12 weeks and overall I have touched up on the points that Senior Administration raised whilst denying other Enforcer applications.
I do have a lot to prove, I know that - However I'd just like to be given the chance to actually do it; I know that I can prove the people who doubt me and yet again make a very positive impact on the community as a whole.
It's honestly the last chance here, over the past month I've become incredbily more active, roleplayed to the best of my ability, improved my attitude to members, helped in help chat, posted ban requests and overall tried to be a good player and improve my overall conduct and character in other peoples eyes.
All but one people who I banned permanently, have never been unbanned.
All but three people who I banned, went on to never getting banned again.

My activity in the server has resumed, and that will not change; I've improved on many issues which Senior Administration have pointed out to me and I hope that they have noticed them; especially Bolli who I need to prove a hell of a lot to.
I'd just like to say thank you for reading really, if this gets accepted I geniunley can not wait to get back to helping you guys in situations, being apart of the staff team again, and honestly just reconnecting back with the community. The staff team is the place I belong and I hope I get another chance.
