Desktop fan dead

Guys I tried to boot my pc today and it gives a fan speed error, now i opened my pc and dont know anything about this shit so does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? The fan is not moving at all.

I've kind of had this before, when I tried going with another fan it had a high ass fan speed so I had to switch for my default fan for my PC. try removing the fan and it should work.

I tried this but unfortunatly it didnt help

Do what logan said, are you sure you unplugged the right fan? I removed the back exhaust fan and replaced it with a new one, however it wouldn't boot probably cause of the fan / fan speed. If it doesn't work if you unplug the right fan, go do what logan said.

@A1L the problem is that it is the cpu fan and when i swotched it it still did not work so it was not the fan itself
