That's not how it works. Seeing that I've dealt with IAs and then people told me about the outcomes of those IAs sometimes CC can over-exaggerate when it comes to setting the punishment.

@bobo stop assuming how IA/CC deals with these things thanks. If you were to make an IA, we will give an objective & reasonable punishment to the officer in question, that fits our guidelines & policies.
We deal with them in-accordance of policy, memo's, regulations, objective reasonableness and the penal code.

If an IA is made you will most likely be suspended until the outcome for your actions.
This goes against Handbook 5f - use of force and is considered as one of the worst things we can get in IA complaints. Except @Wiki's voice. that's much worse.
