First person view fix on SE Car.

Topic: Fix First person view on Speed Enforcement car.



Short explanation (in notes):
- Raise the player(s) view on the passenger side.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): As you can see on the photos, the first person view sucks :/. So maybe If @StephenPuffs can raise the player/view on this vehicle. Even the nightstick/legs hang out of the bottom.

In the passenger side of the car:

Optional additions:
- Can possibly slightly lower the view on the driver seat.

I like it, being the driver makes you feel so empowered, like you partner is just a puny midget, and you have full dominion over them.
