Mayors being idiots

I understand when they put the taxes higher or something, but sometimes they just take it too far!! Take away jobs, and do minimal salaries. Why are they even allowed to do this much?

Its to give an excentive for people to try and kill the mayor,The mayor's incentive for all of this is that the higher the city budget becomes i believe the more money he makes(May be wrong about that i don't play mayor all that often)
