Who am I?
Hello! My name is HomerWithNoHat and this is my enforcer application! I was born in the UK, Essex to be exact, then moved around the world for a couple of months until I finally moved to Norfolk in which I'm now currently living at. I'm very active, helpful and friendly, I try my best to help someone who needs it.
I now try Passive role-playing and I love it, opening a shop in Paralake, becoming a taxi driver, being a firefighter it's all there, your imagination runs wiled and that's why I love PERPheads so much, I can use my imagination to do things I can never do in real life. I'm still going through some hard things and I cannot be more thankful for all the fun times I've had on this server.
Getting back on track, I'm giving it a go and hope for the best.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER: I'm extremely active and I feel my rule knowledge is now at a suitable point in which I can start enforcing them, I only have one warning on my record and that was for pressing my panic button under gunpoint, I immediately apologized on the forums (Will link at the end of this application)
I first joined the server in June, 2014 with my horrible laptop and then waited months before I got a better one, I then came back October the 15th 2014 and I've quickly caught on to the rules, I can now fully list the rule number someone has broken. I've learned from my mistakes, please don't let it put you off that I received a warning on the 29th of January, that is long gone and since then I've accomplished much on the server, I know most people who apply for enforcer have a longer game-time then I do, I nearly have 4 weeks but roughly been a part of the community for 2 months.
I love enforcing the rules, it always feels good to guide new players and try the best of your ability to be friendly, I got a taste of what it felt like 2 weeks ago and I've not stopped since, you'll see me in /help most of the time when I'm not busy crafting or role-playing. I'll list down the situations I've been in and helped with.
TODAY: Sugavi this morning complained about a sweater-vest who ran away while tied, like a tick I quickly attached myself to this and asked him what he did, he told me after he mugged him the sweater-vest turned around and asked to be killed, a clear breach of rule 3.6. After further questioning he walked away while his legs were tied, breaching 3.4 & 3.26 (There was no staff member online at this time) I then calmly requested he posted a ban request for: 3.6 - 3.4 - 3.26 but he hasn't gotten' around to that.
YESTERDAY: Was a police officer, I was stopped at the intersection red lights when I saw another sweater-vest, he decided to walk on the highway so in-game I pulled him over, I then explained in LOOC that he was breaking rule 3.21 and in the end gave him a ticket for law 1.11 and just told calmly told him that he shouldn't breach 3.21 again or a staff member can give a punishment.
Same day, I responded to a paramedic that pushed his panic after he was being assaulted behind the petrol station and then we noticed his life alert went off, we grabbed our firearms and saw two people, one female and one male however, the one playing with the female model disconnected (At least I thought, I was pretty sure he vanished so I assumed he disconnected, his friend told me he hid so I'll look through the demo) I then arrested the man I got DNA from "Bob Boss" (Matt dealt with the situation after the role-play was over) I took him into interrogation and asked why he committed manslaughter as the paramedic died, he told me he could because the paramedic said "You can punch me but not kill me" so they started to punch the paramedic but didn't think he would've died that quickly, I told him in LOOC and explained through my micro-phone (Long sentence, had too) that, that was violating 2.1 and 3.4 since you put your life / freedom at risk, you had no real reason to assault a paramedic that ended up him serving 10 years for manslaughter.
Do I have any experience?
Yes I do! I got most of my experience from DarkRP (Sad but true) and would've dealt with most of the reports as one.
Do I posses any skills?
Patience: I can wait for a situation and won't complain, I am also very calm.
Persuasive: I can persuade people to do otherwise, all it takes is more patience and social skills.
Social: If you jumped on TS3 or even talked to me in-game I'm always ready for a chat or simply banter.
