Hello, I've been trying to become more serious and I was just going to ask you what you think I should improve on.

Try to passive RP a bit more and become a bit more mature.

Passive RP is always a good one but also make sure to know the rules and laws inside out. This way you can role-play knowing that you're not breaking laws or minor rules which may otherwise antagonise other players. I also recommend role-playing as every job as well as criminal rather than just one of the other. This helps improve your different experiences of role-play.
