Alright, let me explain this from my POV. I know that some might disagree, and some not.
My own opinion is yeah, I think that the staff members should go a little bit "easier" on the rules than we do now. But there is a factor to why we are. Let me explain.
People saying "perp is so toxic" and that everyone is so salty, which is true in some cases. I've noticed that people are reporting each other for the smallest things. And when you make a report, of course we have to deal with it correctly, which is to go by the rules.
When I bring people to a roof and explain the situation, they sometimes get surprised because of why I've brought him.
What im trying to say is that there is cycle going around. People reporting each other for the smallest things -> they start to argue and disrespect each other -> They get mad and makes a report as soon as he can spot the smallest problem.
The reports we get now can look like this, "this idiot cunt retard motherfucker stupid horse shit autistic guy told me to fuck off" and we all see how the OOC chat sometimes get spammed with toxic stuff, and that triggers other people to complain and such.
So I think that people should start to realize that this is a game, you don't have to take it so fkn serious. You died this time in the raid, accept it...
I'm not saying that it's okay to break the rules, But if you report someone for the smallest, start calling someone an autistic cunt, that triggers others to do it as well.
I miss the admin sits I had before when people were calm and forgiving.
